Homeshare in Great Somerford, near Malmesbury SN15 – £200pcm
We are looking for a balanced, good‑humoured and reliable woman to share the home of an intelligent, pleasant older woman in her early 80s with a love of books, writing, conversation and going for walks with her small and very friendly dog. The householder is kind-hearted, cheerful, social and is well embedded in her local community. She has a particular interest in history and enjoys writing books, mixing facts and fiction.
Her sight is sadly fading, which is limiting her ability to live life as fully as she once did. She would welcome a Sharer, especially someone with an interest in history.
Support would include occasional cooking and shared meals, shopping, occasional outings, keeping her company and taking the small dog for a walk if the householder is unable to do so. Someone educated, who enjoys good conversation and loves dogs would be ideal. A car owner is a must due to the rural location.
Costs:
• £ 200 monthly fee payable to Homeshare West
• £100 contribution to bills payable monthly to Householder
