Homeshare in Upton Noble, near Frome BA4 – £200 pcm
We are looking for a mature, dependable person or couple to share the home of a bright, capable older woman who loves gardening, wildlife and the peace of rural life. She’s practical, down‑to‑earth and full of character. She built her own chicken coop, volunteered with the WI and Riding for the Disabled, and taught reading at the local school. She has a great sense of humour, enjoys her own company and values people who give her space rather than fussing over her.
Her garden is her pride and joy, and she spends two days a week tending to it with her long‑standing gardener and close friend. She enjoys birds, quiet companionship and good conversation.
Support would include cooking three meals a week, keeping basic groceries topped up, offering some companionship and helping with occasional laundry. Short local outings or drives would be appreciated. This homeshare would suit someone calm and comfortable in a peaceful rural setting. A car owner is essential due to the location, and if you love nature and good company, you’ll fit right in.
Costs:
